The M4 Sherman, formally Medium Tank, M4, was the primary tank used by the United States during World War II. It was also distributed to the Allies via lend-lease. Evolved from previous medium and light tanks, it was the first American medium tank with the main gun mounted on a fully traversing turret.
Production of the M4 medium tank exceeded 50,000 units and its chassis served as the basis for numerous other armored vehicles such as tank destroyers, tank retrievers, and self-propelled artillery.
In the United Kingdom the M4 was given the name Sherman after Union General William Tecumseh Sherman, following the British practice of naming their American-built tanks after famous American Civil War generals. Subsequently the British name found its way into common use in the U.S.
The tanks turret rotates 320 degrees, and the barrel can move 30 degrees. The tracks run on spring wheels just like the real tank to enable the US-M4A3 Sherman to clear obstacles and travel up steep inclines easily.
There are many sound and feature adjustments and the radio can control all functions without the need for multiple buttons. This helps the user to quickly control the tank in battle situations.
Included with the US-M4A3 Sherman is a 4.8v NiCd pack, charger, radio system and all accessories.

Very fast, maneuverable tank. Great price and quality. Fun not only for children but also for adults :) . Recommend.
Better then on the pictures. Not to strong, and the caterpillar is a little fragile, but a lot of fun for my kid.
Received well, no damage at all. Looks great. Considering price, excellent: you can't get something better. All movements works as per description. The programming feature works, but I didn't like.
Sound of engine is very good ( 3 sounds: engine start and running, cannon and machine-gun). Transmitter is poor: does not have proportional commands. So, or the tank is at stop or at full speed. If you want something more realistic, better to spend more and get a radio with fully proportional sticks.
Charger included ( 110 Volts ! ). Battery is a 4 cell Ni-Cd, just 400 mAh.
Only one problem so far: when I've pushed the cannon's up/down button (and it shoots, simultaneously) the tank stopped.
I've guessed it was a low amperage supplied by the battery. I guessed RIGHT! With a single cell LiPo , 850mAh, 20 ( Zippy ref# Z850S20C) I've solved the issue.
If freight rate was not so high, I would buy a second one. 4 stars just because of the poor radio. Otherwise excellent!
acabei de comprar um para ver se acerto desta vez, pois o adquirido anteriormente[Escala 1:70 RC Tiger Tank (RTR)]foi inferior a expectativa.
model is good and beautiful. Detailing interesting. The Tower and the barrel is controlled. Rollers on the springs. Simple operation. Good gift for children. Attention! Charging for 110v!
lOOKS AWESOME What kind of radio does it come with?
After 3 batteries the caterpillar broke. What can i do now?Is it possible for hobbyking send me a replacement.
I can pay for it.The tank is useless.
I bought 4 of these a year or so ago from another vendor but can't find them now. These little Shermans are a blast. They look great and run great. The bogeys are sprung and articulated and work almost in a scale fashion. The commanders hatch can be cut open with a jewelers or razor saw and a 1/35th or 1/32nd scale figure torso can be added. I have a comander and gunner mounted on mine. I hope that HK will carry spare tracks as they wear.
