This Gimbal Set (Right) for Turnigy 9XR Transmitter (Mode 2) seems better quality than my original gimbal. I had some centering problems and decided to order new gimbal to check if it is any better and so far it's great. Don't know how long this will last but it seems better overall than the original. Very Good Gimbal set!

OK as a replacement for 9XR transmitter, but I would like a higher quality alternative replacement from HobbyKing. I'd gladly pay a bit more for a higher quality gimbal upgrade for my 9XR.

Made things easier when converting mode 1 Tx. For me though their was no instructions it was very easy, just be cautious not to pitch any wires.

Ordered this when the original gimbal in my 9XR kept sticking in the "up" axis of the elevator. No matter the amount of smoothing, lubricating and playing around seemed to cure the problem. I don't really know if it is just my imagination, but this gimbal feels much smoother and centers every time. Very pleased.

One of my friend's 9XR gimbals started acting up in on direction and it is good that HK carried all 9xR replacements.
