How do you mix channel 1 to channel 3 for dual servo steering ?
 crazycarmaniac 409 points
Use a servo harness and reverse the potentiometer and motor in one servo or use a servo reverser in line to the harness
 Sebastien 1 points
I can't believe this did not come up sooner... This radio DOES NOT support twin servo steering which alot of trucks use now. Yes I understand using a Y-harness will work but then I need to mechanically match my servos so they don't fight each other. This would have been so easy if each were using their own channel. If I knew I would not have purchased.

I Have The Fly Sky FS-GT3B Its The Same Rado But I Put A Lipo In It. Well For The Reventon S I Got One To And For Some Reason It Cog Like Hell! Went A Friend Try It In His Car It Works Fine I Think It The ESC If You Have 2nd Transmitter Try That One It May Work....
 stephen 31 points
i had a similar problem had to reverse the motor on the esc(just swap any two of the three wires) then reverse the channel on the tx. for some reason the esc thought it was getting a reversed backward motion which only gave 50-70% power at full. hope you can fix it.
 crazycarmaniac 409 points
I had the same prob. Try putting a larger cap pack on. This can be one of the problems as blown capacitors or damaged ones can cause cogging

Sorry Guys I Didn't Need Help I Was Trying Too Help Keith At The Bottom. Saying That Not All Transmitters Work With All ESC's.....
Keith  1 points - 11/6/2014

Im using this gtx3 tx and the gtx3r rx with a speed passion reventon s ESC, i follow the reventon's throttle range which tells me to hold down the button next to the on and off switch, turn the switch on and let go of the button when the rx red light flashes, press for neutral throttle, and i get 1 orange light like it says, hold tx throttle down and press button , I get 2 lights as it says I should and so on. After I switch of the power to car and turn it back on I have no throttle or steering , setup appears to go as instructions require but no response from the esc or servo from tx. I notice when i first switch on power after the setup the red light on the gtx3r rx is solid, after I attempt to use the tx the red light on the rx starts flashing continously and still nothing works .Help !
 Keith 1 points
Update, found threw ROAR that the esc blinks 2x then pause , repeats ever 2 seconds is blinky mode or stock 0 mode which I want, got a solid red light on the gtx3r, 2s lipo showing full charge but the gtx3 tx gets no response from the motor or servo when I attempt to use it. Ive tried rev and normal on all 3 rx channels, tried recalibrating it probably 20 times and still no response. Fan on the esc works and my computer recognizes the esc when hooked up so I no the wires good. Turned off LVC and disabled hi-temp shut off , any help appreciated !

1 thumbs up!
I bought that Transmitter and it is pretty good! BUT! Where is the delay for Steering and missing parts from the the first Version GTX3 from Fly Sky??? That GTX3 - HERE - is the Version GTX3B. Also is a NEW Version on the market called GTX3C !!! But the problem is also that the DSC connector from that Turnigy version does not LONGER work. The old version GTX3 works from Fly Sky. I sell it in the hope to get a better one with new releases and more features. What I get is a half version of the GTX3 from Fly Sky which does not work with simulator now! So again Turnigy - what do you think how long you can do that with your customers! I am very depressed.

1 thumbs up!
Nice RX!
There are so much buttons! That is why it's a little bit hard to understand how to use them.
But it is so cheap and it works great!
Also it is compatible with hobbyking (HK) and turnigy (X9) receivers.
I give "A " for it!

The feel of the tx is quite nice, better then i expected. The selection wheel/button feels very cheap. (but it was $36.00 which is cheap) I binds fine with GT2 rx's. The screen looks really nice, backlight is bright, and it is very easy to read. This is my first programable tx, so I can not compare it. 2 things I was disappointed in is the limited 3 character model naming, and the fact that the "10 models" is nothing more then saved pre sets. If you are on model #3, it will still pair to any rx it has been bound with. So if you have a rescue boat, it can not use this tx along with whatever boat you just got stuck. overall I am very satisfied with the tx.
