The much-anticipated and exclusive Turnigy GTX3 AFHDS 2.4ghz 3 Channel radio system is here! This great looking Transmitter uses proven channel hopping technology to provide a solid, reliable link for RC Cars & Boats.
The Turnigy GTX3 features a large Back-lit LCD, A quick access jog wheel for function selection and programming, 10 Model memory, Steering wheel extension as standard, a host of programming features and compatibility with the already proven HK-GT2R 3 Channel receiver. The GTX3 can also connect with the free to download VRC Race Simulator when used with the optional USB cable (not included, see related items below). The combination of great features and solid reliability means the Turnigy GTX3 could very well be the last radio you will ever need!

Bought two of these for VRC. Works perfectly! But make sure you get the USB Simulator Lead as well. The TX can be fully programmed and I can program it exactly to the way I drive. Makes VRC even more useful because of this TX. Highly recommended! Hint: Use the Turnigy AA NiMH batts for this TX as it can last for a very long time (time pass very quickly when you are on VRC). Even if you do not use it as much, the low discharge rate of the AA makes it unnecessary to charge your batts every time you need to drive.
I bought that Transmitter and it is pretty good! BUT! Where is the delay for Steering and missing parts from the the first Version GTX3 from Fly Sky??? That GTX3 - HERE - is the Version GTX3B. Also is a NEW Version on the market called GTX3C !!! But the problem is also that the DSC connector from that Turnigy version does not LONGER work. The old version GTX3 works from Fly Sky. I sell it in the hope to get a better one with new releases and more features. What I get is a half version of the GTX3 from Fly Sky which does not work with simulator now! So again Turnigy - what do you think how long you can do that with your customers! I am very depressed.

1 thumbs up!
Nice RX! There are so much buttons! That is why it's a little bit hard to understand how to use them. But it is so cheap and it works great! Also it is compatible with hobbyking (HK) and turnigy (X9) receivers. I give "A " for it!

The feel of the tx is quite nice, better then i expected. The selection wheel/button feels very cheap. (but it was $36.00 which is cheap) I binds fine with GT2 rx's. The screen looks really nice, backlight is bright, and it is very easy to read. This is my first programable tx, so I can not compare it.
2 things I was disappointed in is the limited 3 character model naming, and the fact that the "10 models" is nothing more then saved pre sets. If you are on model #3, it will still pair to any rx it has been bound with. So if you have a rescue boat, it can not use this tx along with whatever boat you just got stuck.
overall I am very satisfied with the tx.
