Has nobody else noticed that these aren't actually 32AWG? I reckon they're 26AWG - certainly thicker than 32AWG, though my caliper isn't good enough to measure individual strand diameter precisely (it's 20 strands of what's probably 0.1mm wire). Mine weighs in at 3.15g each, so you've all got the same as me.

The thickness of the wires will only affect the strength of the connection. Will work well.

Unfortunately it also affects both the weight, and the ability to fit into places designed for smaller wires, like the connections to linear servos.

What is the disadvantage of the thin gauge wire? I was going to get standard extensions (26awg) but they are out of stock.

Dear friend you using a cable very thin it tends to warm up may be short circuit to guarantee better a bit thicker, but do not overdo it ok!

A thiner gauge will have a higher resistance and will not be able to take as much power through it. As long as you have small servo's it will be fine.

with standard servos is ok, but don't use on a digital standard servo or high torque servo

Thin wire has a high resistance than a thick wire and the shorter the wire the better it becomes....

They are working wery well with these servos dont worry about it. I am using them with hxt900 for a long time and no problem till now

Yes, these are very good quality servo leads. You WILL be able to use them with HXT900/500 without a problem. I've been using them for more then a year now and they never gave me any trouble. Goodluck

I don't see why not. Servo plugs are universal, also on the HXT 900/500 servo's. So they will work just fine.

allonge servo standart comme les futaba ici en magasin mais a un prix etraordinairement bas... pourquoi en prendre 2 quand on peux avoir une poignee pour un tout petit prix?
