I purchased this battery recently from HobbyKing and it came with HXT 3.5mm connectors. I'm using ESCs with dean ultra connectors on them. Does hobbyking sell adapters that I can use instead of having to cut and solder connectors?
Thanks

YOU CAN BUILD UP AN EXTENSION USING THE DEANS TWO WIRES AND THE HTX(BE CAREFUL WITH THE WIRE COLORS TO AVOID SHORTS).... BUT IF I WERE YOU I'D CHANGE THE DEANS FOR THE HTX, THE RED ONES* THEY'RE CHEAP AND GREAT TO USE.

It's not good to add adapters, as you will be adding another point of failure to the electric system, the best choice is to cut and solder...it's slower but will guarantee that the connection is solid...

I got some Zippies about DEC 2008, and they are still doing great. Since, I've tried some Turnigy 1300, and haven't had good luck. Some have puffed, and one came with a dead cell. For me, I will be ordering Zippies in the near future.

They are all made by the same factory, so I guess they are the same cell, just with different marketing positioning...

Has anyone used these in a HoneyBee King 2 heli. I have read reviews on the Flightmax 1300 being used (FM1300 is OK and getting about 10mins flight time) and wonder if this TGY1.3 battery is better or not ? As this is a cheaper battery.

Mmmmm. Most important thing is size of battery pack. I think that this battery size cannot meet the transmitters space...

This lipo is a bit short and thick, not sure if this one will fit your transmitter, but if you can make it fit, change the connector and solder the one that your transmitter uses...surelly you can use this lipo, it won't burn your tx...

If the charger can charge lipos, you can use it, check if cellpro has the same charge male plug as the battery has, if they match, you can surelly charge the battery...

Why do they hide the discharge plug?! They hide it and dont write neither. Is there anything to hide about the battery? I think HK should show the product exactly how it is, with minimum details, including plugs.

No no, the connector on the lipo is a "EC3", do you know ?
EC3 = Pk3.5 mm (But, EC3 is with a blue protection).
PK 3.5 mm on Hobby King :

EC3 3.5 mm :
