Hi

I currently use this motor with a 5x5 prop running with 3s 2200mah in flying wing and works fine with good cooling .

Hi,

The max current in the spec is 11A, I use mine at 14A for a short time with a 2S lipo pack. If you use a 3S, test before with a power analizer : the over current can destroy your brushless.
With a 2S 850mA 25C and a 7*3.5 Gws prop cut to 6*3.5, the current is about 14A. With a 6*3.5 Gws prop, there is a bad noise at the max speed : blades are too thin.

no you can't. you will broke the copper wires.

That's not at all true!

WHY ?

Can I use it on 3S with small prop 4.1xXX or 4.7xXX
   Beaufighter (-25%)
If you limit your power to below 75W, I cannot see why not. To get below 75W you need a really small prop, though, a 4.1 or 4.7 will probably be too much.
