Hello! What battery and speed I have to use the kit below: Turnigy 2627 Brushless Outrunner 1200kv thank you Mario Machado
 SHAHID 18 points
Hi Mario, It will depend on your type of setup, if it is a sport or a slow flyer. Although, you can use a varity of speed controlers 20-30Amp Speed controler or higher "depending", and a 2-3s battery.

Anybody know of a replacement shaft for this motor? My plane nose dived and the shaft neatly snapped (didnt bend!)
 swervyn 16 points
update: I now have 3 of these with a snapped shaft, time to change to a motor with replacement parts until I learn how to fly!
 golys 105 points

Ho do I mount this motor? If I have a Cherokee, Can I mount it on the firewall?
 Emil 3 points
yip. you take the looking mounting bracket with the 8 holes . first fix it to the motor with the 4 countersunk screws then to the fire wall

Can the prop shaft be changed so the mtr is mounted from the back?
 akyurekmehmet 26 points
Shaft is not reversible.
 Rash_civillian 13 points
I have actually used this motor and reversd the shaft. The only issue is you can't put the circlip on because there isn't a groove. Either cut a new one or put one of those rings with the grub screws in it on the shaft. (HK's Landing gear wheel stopper)
 Dragevo 606 points
Yes, I have done that with all my red & blue motors. Works great.

8 thumbs up!
Very fine little motor! Good performence on a 400g/70cm Funflyer.
I fly it with 9x5 GWS-HD, 18A CC, 850-3s over 7 minutes.
Good basic for rewinding: Stator 9N 20,2mm x 9,5mm, 8pol (Mags)
