Yes, I am using them with a prop saver and they work great. Make sure you balance the props to make sure they run as smooth as possible. Also get some tighter rubber bands, unless you already have some. :)

Usually people use Slow Fly props for 3D. The TGS is a sport prop and is not ideal for 3D models. Look for some SF props. Max amp draw would depend on the motor.

i agree but you have to use a little bit of ca to hold the adaptor bush in the rear of the prop to get prop balanced properly
