Yes, it can be used as a pusher prop. You can mount it any way you like it.
No, it is not a pusher prop in the "classic" sense: On an IC it can not be used as pusher. But as this prop is only usable for electric (thats why it called 5x5E) and you can chose the direction of running on electric motors, this is not a real problem.

no but you can use it as a pusher anyway just change the rotation on the motor.

No. If it was it would say "pusher".
But you can always use it as a pusher by reversing the spin direction of the motor and prop.

can be used both ways.. just turn it around an mount.. ( letters on the prop in flight direction!)

No. But with digital motor you can always change the spin direction and put the prop in reverse.
