are they good for a dji phantom ?
 Danuka 3 points
Yes, It's good but if you need to increase your flight time you must take a battery with higher mAh and Discharge rate. like you can use ZIPPY Flightmax 5000mAh 2S1P 30C hardcase pack. It will give you maxium performance. :)

Dear All, I am using a Turnigy Accucel-6 50W 6A Balancer/Charger w/ accessories to charge it. What is the charge setting for this Battery? 11.1V 0,5A? Does it support 2A charging rate? Is there any formula to calculate the charging time?
 luigi 170 points
The max charge rate is 2 2X2200=4400 > you can charge with 4.4A max. The time is Capacity/charge current=2200mAh/4400mA=0.5h=30min

I am sorry, may I ask why is 2 x2200 mAh? This is a 3 cell Battery.
 luigi 170 points
The Max Charge Rate of this battery is 2C as 2xC, C is the battery's capacity, the cell's numbers is called S.

Dear All! Hobbyking is not reliable anymore. Looks several order will not be delivered, money will not be refunded. I have order more than 4months but never arrived, and they do not refund money. Only same emails coming from customer service they are investigating and be patient, despite I asked to refund money... Don't buy from Hobbyking!

Good battery, especially for the price. But it didn't quite hack it compared to my similar sized KongPower pack in my Trex 450. The Kong had a whole lot more cycles through it, but it pulled away a lot harder than the Flightmax. I would recommend getting the 30C or 40C instead if sheer power is needed.

Good battery. Normally operates in modes up to 20C. It does not tolerate load 20-30C even short-term. Used in PA Extra 260 with peak loads 530W. After about 60 cycles of decreased and the maximum current capacity of approximately 20pcnt. Not related to the 25C constants. Not recommend. Three stars only for the price and acceptable weight.

This breed of zippy batteries have the same strength as a pack from the local hobby store except, they're 1/4 the price. I pushed this pack(3 cell, 25c, 2200mah) to 40 amps without breaking a sweat. I believe thats the "safe limlit" I wouldnt recommend anything more than that or your pack could turn into an expensive firecracker. Get em' while their hot!!!

Best Choice 450 Size Heli
2200mah 25c = 55 Amps Constant
2200mah 35c Burst = 77 Amps Burst

If you use a 700 Watt Motor then these can supply the power for hard 3D and if you use a normal 500W motor then this can run it at 100pcnt full throttle till the batteries are drained.

Most 450 Hard 3D pilots have 650W motors and these batteries.

They are the lightest in their range and C rating

They are the ones you need for your HK450

I got 5 of these batteries and I think they are excellent, I really dont see any difference between the more expensive ones. I guess I have like 25 to 30 flights on them and they seem to work perfect. No loss of flight time yet.
