i tried to send hobbykings customer service a email and it comes back not deliverable so how else do you get a answer fropm hobbyking cuz the phone reps. dont seem to know nothing nor does the online chat personal they just have a computer to check your account and cannot answer tech or logistics questions they just change or cancel orders any otherwise your S.O.L. trying to get a problem solved and now you can't get a email to who ever takes care of the major problems either.. hobbyking I.M.H.O. your slip sliding away in to the worse hobby supplier there is...you should run a customer satifaction poll every three to six month just to see how much you slipping under with your customerb satifaction.. it just might make you a far better company than you are now altho that would'nt take much at this point
If you paid via PayPal then get them involved - they will stand behind you and make the manufacturer resolve the issue. Do not give in to HobbyKing warnings that they will not help if PayPal is involved as they will simply abandon you afterwards. Stick to your guns and let PayPal help you out.
What's with the high price on these 360's? The 460's are 30 cents cheaper and the 610's are 92 cents cheaper. All 3S 20C Rhinos. Am I missing something?

What is the actual charge rate for this battery? Here is 2C but on the pack label is 1C. I had charge it with 0.65A and it still cold and looks normal. What is the website URL of this brand?
I charge at 2C and the packs cope fine, cool to touch and give good power followed by normal recharge. I sometimes charge at 3C and this is OK as well, but I don't do that often.
I JUST RECEIVED A NEW TURNIGY ACCUCELL-6 FROM HC. I HAVEN'T TRIED IT MYSELF BUT A FRIEND HAS BOTH CHARGED AND BALANCED A LIPO. HE SAID IT WORKED PERFECTLY FOR HIM. THAT'S HOW I CAME TO CHOSE THIS ONE. I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW IT BALANCES MY RHINO 3s 4900Mah LIPO LATER. IT COMES WITH ALL THE WIRES/PLUGS TO CHARGE AND BALANCE 1 TO 6 CELLS AT A TIME. I'M ANXIOUS TO TRY IT OUT TODAY.
for the size and wieght of this pack, the power it puts out is quite amazing! when charging, my tunigy charger indicates it takes in over its capacity, well over 400mah. gives me lots of power for small foam planes and the like. will be buying more! thanks.

Just finished flying my 6 oz foamy for the first time using this pack. I am using Hextronic 9g and 5g servos and a CC ThunderBird 9 Customcdr.com single. I am getting about 7 minute flights of hardcore 3D flying. I am getting less flight time with this pack versus a Thunderpower 350mah 3 cell. but for the price it's worth it.
