What is the maximum current the ESC can handle, 18A or 25A? If the max current of the ESC is 18A, can I connect it to a LiPo pack which produces larger current (say 1600 mAH 3S1P 20C)? Thanks.

Batteries just hold current. what come out of the battery will be up to what your motor and prop are. Try it and if it’s hot drop the prop size down.

I was looking at that motor combo a guy recommend @ hobbyking http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=4706 I have a question if you know, When you look at the motor only http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=5111 it shows the plastic mount in the picture for the GWS stick,, But it doesn't show it in the "combo" picture,, you think it comes with it in the combo anyway?
