The Turnigy 2WD Desert Racing Buggy performs just as good as it looks. Its 3300KV brushless motor provides plenty of torque, and an impressive top speed. On a 2S lipo, it will pull the front wheels off the ground easily when running on pavement, but this machine really shows its capabilites off road, tearing through the corners and soaring over jumps.
The Turnigy Desert Buggy comes almost ready to run, just add a 2S lipo batttery, 2CH radio system, and you are set to go!
*This buggy features a full metal gear transmission and adjustable slipper clutch
Over all it's a great buggy for the price it is made pretty good I think it is a little bigger then 1/10 scale wheels seem good one was a little wobbly but nothing bad th shocks are not great but ordered aluminum ones from ebay the body needs trimming in the back so you can get it off easy and to make room for the esc but thats about it enjoy.

Great value for money absolute blast around a track, not the strongest car out there but dam its fun! Spares are very very cheap too! :)

Turnigy Desert Buggy
Excellent bit of kit, few little mods need doing , slightly shorten the shocks, and check the pinion mesh, nothing major.
Very well designed , I am very impressed, I will be buying another very soon.
Great service from the Uk warehouse as usual.

Bought this for my son for Christmas and am seriously impressed. Am using a hardcase 5000mAh 2s battery with it and an HK GT-2 tx/rx. Performance is incredible- it'll easily backflip on dry grass and was great fun in the snow. Controlled wheelies are possible with some concentration, and the ESC braking works well too. Acceleration is seriously quick- I dread to think what it would be like on 3s.
Will be getting the SCT version as soon as I can afford it so we can have races.
15 minutes of hard use (mostly flat out hooning around) took 4100mAh out of the battery.
Body needs some slight mods to make it easier to get on and off, but certainly usable stock.
