Yes it is , However I would stock up on some spare main gears , also Ideally only run for 7 mins or so at a time to make sure you dont cook the esc or better still purchase an esc cooling fan :-). Amazing car I have bought 3 so far
... i have the had the same prob but i had a bigger amount of money too spend. i chose the hobbyking simplex charger and the turnigy nano-tec 850mAh(smaller than recommended so i used zip ties to hold www.link
In addition to the car, u will require a 2S lipo battery, a lipo charger as well as Radio controller.
I think you may have to collect £*120 before u attempt to buy this car. If you decide to buy the car ping me, so I can give you further details since you shall require lipos & chargers
Hi! Can someone tell me which is the model of the radiocontroller? If I buy two egual pieces of this car, I will be able to use both at the same time without interference between two radiocontroller? Thank you
This car comes without a controller, you will have to buy it separately, there are many available on eBay.*****
If you buy a 2.4 ghz tx/rx you can run 2 or more cars together at the same time, but if you buy a AM/FM radio then you will have to ensure that the frequencies are different. (The vendor will give you a choice of frequencies)
But best is to buy a 2.4 ghz radio & receiver from the net
I would get one off these but I want the controls and a spare cog spur, but they have to be ordered from international.
Please hk get the tx and rx and cog in UK warehouse.
Second one of these (first was from the global warehouse) today, £*50 including postage and 2 day delivery, you couldn't beat that. Mesh seems much better than the original and I have a complete box of spares now just in case.

Great little car on 2 cell lipo, plenty fast enough and seems quite strong. When you turn wheels there is uneven resistance as though gears are rubbing or something but drives ok so far.
I am disapointed that you cannot program the esc to turn the battery type to nimh so only lipos can be used otherwise motor just keeps cutting out with pcnt30 power or more on nimh or the lifepo4 batteries. Would have been more stars if I could program the esc.

Having used the car for a little while now and crashed into the furniture a few times I expected something to break, like servo or suspension or body but so far nothing has broken.
Also hobby king have credited me the cost of a new speed controller $15 due to the supplied one not working quite right, it would lose it's punch after 10 seconds or so but still drive the car, and on lifepo4 batts it would cut out with more then 30pcnt power but not an issue for most people who will just use lipos on which it goes very fast indeed. Hence my new rating.
