Standard radio receivers use 4.8 volts and fully charged receiver batteries can go well over 5 volts when first plugged in so this servo will most probably blow out when you plug your batt in as its rated at max 4.2 volts. I think this servo is used mostly in 1cell lipo applications.
With some work yes, but firstly no.
The yes part, specs state that voltage is 2.8v to 4.2v and the AR6400 is designed for 1S lipo 3.7volts.
The no part, connector will not fit the AR6400 board as I have found out. You would need a different lead for this.
I bought this to devise a bomb-drop unit for my UM T-28. Not possible until I find and solder a new servo lead that fits the AR6400.
Not straightforward but its possible with some work.
