I have a tc4 can I put a 3s lipo 2200mah 30c
 David 9 points
The motor is designed for 2S. You can get away with a 3S for short speed runs where you are not stopping and going frequently. I would not use a 3S lipo and this this combo on a track. You will overheat either the esc or the motor.
Cluffy1  1 points - 2/23/2013

This will work with your LRP tourer. It may be a bit over powered though. Found that 13.5T is great. But 8.5t gives good speed.
 Pavel 1 points
thank you for your answer..

 David 9 points
Yes, it will be very fast. And your batteries will work perfectly with this combo.

I have a RC10T3 , would this be a good brushless replacement for the old system? If not witch one would be best? I am currently useing NiMH batteries.
 bananabender 137 points
it will go real fast and could get hot good for around 8.4volts 2s lipo battery would be best but this is a fast set up if thats what you want

Can I use this kit in - LRP S10 Blast TX 1:10 Truggy ?
 srbija 76 points
no you can not, for off-road limit for motor for this esc is 5.5T with 2S lipo or 8.5T with 3S lipo, this one item have 3.5T
 michael 1 points
i just bought this and still waiting on it but would this be good for my traxxas rustler or ? and should i stick to off road or on ?
denzel  1 points - 5/28/2012

will this make my traxxas rustler pop wheels
 Rickard 26 points
yes where a 5200 kv does in mine however small pinion and larger spurr and a good glued set of tires
 srbija 76 points
This kit is for on-road, for off-road for this esc recomended is 5.5T for 2s lipo or 8.5t for 3s lipo. if you use 3s lipo you must change cooling fun
Damian  1 points - 5/13/2012

If I put this in my stampede, Would I still have that powerful on demand wheely powers?
 Rickard 26 points
I would suggest wheelie bars a good set of well glued tires and 2 s lipo would be plenty make sure your using a vxl transmission with steel idler
 Gilsonttype 1 points
will adapt which is strong in 1:5 Scale Nitro RC Motor Bike Ready to Go
Damian  1 points - 5/13/2012

Can I put this in my traxxas stampede XL-5? And if soo, What kind of lipo should I use? Thanks
 George 1 points
will make your stampedemdo mall kinds of tricks on 3s lipo good to bash and pop wheelies on 2s this is an awesome combo
 MasterB 134 points
9200kv motor with 3s in stampede? Seriously? How about you don't give advice about something you have no idea about. At 100k RPM this motor will fall apart... if it doesnt burn first
 michael 1 points
well i learned the hard way because i did this combo witha 3s lipo battery and the esc burened but you were wrong aboult the motor it was fine
 ian 2 points
i put this in my stampede 2wd and it done back flips on the spot it was great fun untill it stripped the plastic gears in the diff the esc and motor were fine on a 2cell untill it smashed the esc fan but it still ran for 20 min then over heated but i run it in a hpi sprint 2 without a problem and also a great vigor drift car
Ian  1 points - 4/28/2012

what would be a good battery that suits this combo?
 david 7 points
2S 5000mah the turnigy nano tech hardcases are my favorite
 Rickard 26 points
2s 5000mah is all I run untill I get to my bigger toys savage nitro converted 6s etc
 michael 1 points
why not a 3s 4000mah? sronger and faster
Kresi  97 points - 4/17/2012

any way to use this one with a 1:8 buggy?
 Honza_IT 178 points
Yes, but 6,5T is better
 Mar11 2113 points
No way ul burn the motor in 5 minutes get a much lower kv motor... Trust me Have fun
 Strussen 214 points
Don't use this in a buggy. This set is most for onroad. It has lots and lots of power. You will burn either the motor or ESC. 5.5T and there over is great for buggies. Have fun!
 Kresi 97 points
Hi there and thanks a lot www.link the best one is more turns -> less RPM -> more power and better suitable for the 1:8 buggy?
 necromaster 190 points
This is not intended for 1/8. You'll burn the motor or ESC for sure. For 1/8 offroad use, get this www.link
 Kresi 97 points
sorry, the link is not working :(
 necromaster 190 points
ah, sorry i forgot we cant post link in the website. try search (Turnigy Brushless 1/8), it should appear as 2000kv/150A brushless combo..
 necromaster 190 points
search it using the quick search at the left side of this page..
 Mar11 2113 points
Yes exactly more turns mean more torque n less rpm n less kv and vise versa Please credit best answer
 Joachim 1 points
If im going to put this combo in an xray t1,
what kind of pinion and spur is ok?
Now i got a drive ratio on 5,92 i think...
 ZAYATC 11 points

installed in my dads 1:10 sc truck fired up with 3s Lipo while the first run. Now my garage is stinking really unhealthy! I hope HK can sell me a good alternative with half that power, it was much to much power!
