Put on on these in a yak 55 (HK) profiler using a 3s 1000mah draws 27A and flys well can hold on prop 11x5.5 for a short while. Planning on using 3s 1300mah nano cell should be awesome and pull 37a using 55amp ecu (thrust)
the kv rating is not suitable for such big multirotors. even you plan to use 1147 is too big for this motor rating. use lower kv and bigger props i.e. 750-1000 kv with 1147-1360 props. I am using 850kv motors with 1260 or 1340 props for my hexa.
Setting up 700 gram edge 540 with this motor. 8x4 apc drew 22 amp producing 260 watts and about 1kg thrust from 2200 3S 20c. Motor cold as u would expect, motor capable of more, will try 4S or prop up to 9x6 with 3S.
If you hand launch the glider and use a 4cell lipo with a 10 x 7 prop you will have enough power to glide out comfortably. A 3000mah lipo should be enough with throttle management to get you over half hour of flying.
