No, Its too long and too wide. The battery door is 39mm wide, 28mm tall and approx. 115mm deep. Do keep in mind the battery wires will take up some space when the door is closed. The stock Phantom battery is * 110mm long accounting for the wires. Hope this helps.
I have run this battery thru 10-15 charge/discharge cycles and so far I am very pleased with it. My charger and my Watt's Up meter both indicate the capacity is right around 3300 mAh. I charge it at 1C and discharge it at up to 30A, which is around 9C. It gets a little warm at 30A but not to the level I would be at all concerned about. Postal scale says it weighs 254g, which is 9g less than advertised, which is a good thing.

I fly two of these in parallel in my Zephyr2 with no issues. I've since purchased two nano-techs for the EZStar, two for the Tricopter and various smaller nano-techs for my other projects..

Great battery, I use these on my quadcopter and get 10 minute fly times in the cold winter. This should improve as the weather warms up here on the east coast of the US. My only gripe is having to swap out the bulky connection for an XT60.
