So, you want a fast parkflyer!? Forget boring scale details and shelf queen good looks this F4U Corsair is built for speed and all out fun! Dog fight with friends on 3S or use a 4S pack for heart pounding high speed passes, either way the Fun fighters have you covered. The combination of the light weight EPO airframe, a high power brushless motor and a simple aileron and elevator setup place these models amongst the most exhilarating park flyers to hit the market this year. Dont be left out of the fun!
This model comes plug and fly and only requires a few minutes of assembly time and flies like its on rails thanks to the one piece molding technique used in the construction. All you will require to have the F4U Corsair in the air is a 3~4S 850mAh 20C Lipoly battery and your own transmitter and receiver (Tx/Rx)
It is a good flyer. I noticed in a recent HK video that I forget his name strategically had his hand over the gap at the back of the foreshortened canopy. I wonder if this design flaw has been fixed, probably not. I put tape over the gap and it flys and glides well. I only forgive the flaw since I like the gull winged corsairs even if this is an approximation to one.
I cannot get this to fly, please help. I bought it based on the glowing reviews, but it just will not stay in the air. I am not an ediot, own seven other planes (T28, F16, mosquitos, AXN Glider and so forth) and never had this problem. I have the aileon and elevator set at neutral, but the plane somersolts or flips on its back and nose dives everytime I give it a good toss into the wind with the throttle at 75%. I probably could sell it on **** and be done with it, but I really want to fly it, PLEASE HELP!!!
I'm using a trunigy 3 cell 11.1 battery up front in the battery slot. I had to trim a little foam out, but not much. My receiver is a Hitec 2.4 and is located over the trailing edge of the wing. Mine balances with my fingers about over the servo wires in the bottom of the wing. This might be a little nose heavy. I have the elevator trimmed a little up and I give it full throtal for take off. I always have my friend toss it and it has plenty power to climb out. It gets really touchy on the controls with full power and after a brief climb I reduce power to half or lower. Let me know how you are getting along as I really think this plane is great. I land on an asphalt runway and I glued small pieces of a popsicle stick under the wing so it would have something to skid on. Good luck!
Most friggin' amount of fun per $$ period!! I'm waiting for my 4 cells but couldn't wait and maidened today in 20mph winds with 3 cell 1000's and what a blast. Plenty of power and I literally flew circles around my friend with his PZ Corsair. Can't wait to get more from this series, very happy :)

These may have a parkflyer size but you'll need a pretty darn big park to fly it at 100mph - so much fun though!
Except for the canopy not fitting well everything has held up.

Just received my Corsair in a timely fashion from the US warehouse. I own a Spitfire, BF-109, and Rare Bear in the "Fun Fighter" series and this Corsair is just as bonkers fast in the air as the rest of them. Maybe not the Rare Bear, as with it's fit and finish also. Seems the Bear gets a little more attention to detail in the Quality department. My Corsair's battery hatch has a somewhat lousy fit as does the one on my Spitfire. The rear section that gets glued to the fuse is curved up at the glueing surface and was held straight with rubber bands for the 5-minute epoxy I used to attach it. Once the little Corsair is in the air any worries about the fit is forgotten as it's such a blast going by at full tilt. The hatch has plenty of lock to not come flying off even with manic manouvers. The slow speed handling is not as good as the BF-109 but not too bad. It's tricky to land without nosing over but I think short grass and a little more speed than just over stalling is needed to let it skim and then stop. There's not as much battery room as on the 109 or Bear but I was able to fit a nano-tech 1000mah 4s with a little cramming of wires. All in all a blast to fly and valued at 5 Crowns on accout of the insane performance for a bit less than 100 bucks!

I have had 4 flights with my Corsair now and it is a blast. My friends comment that it is as fast as a ducted fan and with such a small prop they don't understand how it can go so fast. I just use a 3S battery and at full speed it is a bit touchy on the controls. Fly it on 1/4 throttle for scale flight. It stalls in a loop unless it is above 1/2 throttle. I'm going to install very small wheels in the wings so I don't have to skid to a stop on our asphalt runway.
