Hi guys, just received this servo. Opened it up so that I could install it on my erevo vxl. Some gears fell out and I put them back. However, after that, the servo could not centre and kept chattering trying to centre. Pretty sure I put the gears back in the correct arrangement and don't think I damaged the electronic components. How do I solve this?

Will this servo work as tail servo for 450 heli?? I see that it goes on 400us. In the manual on my heli it says that the tail-servo goes on 1500us. Anyone who knows??

It's maybe too slow...

Hi everybody, I purchased this kind of serrvo some months ago but only in this days I've began to use them. Unfortunately I've noticed that there is some play between servo's gear and plastic arm (it seems to me too much play). I tried all arms in the package, for each servo, and it is the same thing. Is this normal? If not, could someone suggest me other arms that fit to this servo? Thanks a lot
 Arnulf 1 points
I put a little 5 Min. Epoxi into the plastik arm then mount it on the servo, so no more play ! A few friends of mine did it 2..

Will it fits the 1/16 nitro buggy?
 Tim 14 points
It should fit yeah, but before you buy, measure the gap in your car for the exact size and make sure the servo fits. you have all the servo dimensions just above the "discussions" tab.

Does this servo come with rubber inserts, metal eyelets and screws, or do I need to find my own? How do people recommend mounting this servo (i.e. with or without rubber inserts)?
 Tim 14 points
This is what the servos come with, I had a similar question and I found this http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbycity/store/uploads/338

Hey guys! I'm looking to get 20 of these bad boys (for a Hexapod), but how long should I expect the shipping to take?
shahar  6 points - 2/28/2013

Well after a long 49 days i have finally received my order.
 Raul 21 points
Lucky you... I'm still waiting!!!!
 Tim 14 points
How long you been waiting for?
shahar  6 points - 2/22/2013

I am never ordering anything from here again! I ordered this on January 22nd today is February 21st and the tracking number doesn't even show it shipped yet. They should not charge me for shipping this is an outrageous amount of time for a 200 gram package.
Raul  21 points - 2/8/2013

These servos "look" pretty good, the price is awesome, and they got excellent reviews. The question is, when will they arrived? I just purchased fifteen, yes "15" of them last night 02/06/2013 I'm a little worried because the last time I placed an order with Hobby King it took them over one and a half months!!! to shipped it out to me* I mind you that none of the products that I order were out of stock. The worst part was trying to get a response from costumer service, plain and simple, they just don't care about providing costumer service. Any how, I placed a total of two orders last night,if they give me the same BS as the last time I will never ever again order anything from Hobby King. Hey HK people are you listenning??? You guys have got to do something about your ever growing bad reputation caused by the lack of "costumer service and the long delays when it comes to shipping out the orders. Wake the F up!!!

hobbyking has the cheapest and best servos. Why you want to buy in other shops?
shahar  6 points - 2/7/2013

This is taking way to much time. BS 2 weeks
 Raul 21 points
Don't worry, you ain't seem nothing yet!!! Expect to recieved your order in one and a half months. If you placed your order at the Hong Kong warehouse you're F^&%$, they do not give a damn. I believe its a cultural problem. They just don't care about customer service.

Maccanaut  87 points - 12/12/2012

 stuburg 4 points
I'm right there with you maccanaut. Really want these for my two mervs, but guess they win this waiting game...It sure would be nice to know if it will be another week or month?

it can work with 3 s lipo?because of the operating voltage specifications, ı* am confused
 CAN 400 points
yes u can use, specification does not mean u apply this voltage, Esc and receiver work on it :)

To power the servo safely, you need a steady regulated voltage (from 5 to 6 volts) from an ESC with built in BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) or a external voltage regulator aka a BEC.
 Ujjwaana 165 points
CAN, I wonder how you got 'Best' Answer award. I have extremely high doubts if it can work at voltages > 6.0 volt which it is rated. Servos taking more than 6/7volts are called "High Voltage" servos and usually cost a bomb. So a servo is max 6.0 unless stated otherwise. So if Micheal is not using a BEC/ESC on the 3S Lipos to power the Receiver (which should themselves to be HV to handle > 6 volts), he would be frying the Rx and Servos together.

Hey guys. Im looking dubro or similar long servo arms on these. Which ones will fit? futaba? thx
 ledouxmike 11 points
