This model is nicely finished, with hinged control surfaces, a solid under-carriage set up, ply U/C & motor mounts as well as battery tray. Full fitting kit, screwdriver and even epoxy glue are included.

So this seem like a great model. It look great and the price is good. So what is the catch?
 Allison 1358 points
Spot on it is? But do remember it is foam not balsa. It is a big plane and flies very well. Consider it but also you do need your gear. This is a airframe only complete but nothing else. No motor, no Esc, no servo, no rx, no tx, no servos, and no battery.

Good Value for an experienced modeller. Hinges flexed and had to be supported with tape. Motor box had to be constructed and it has turned out to be a good foamie with 3 cell 2800 Lipo (just fits), Axi 28/10 drawing 40Amps full chat, but flies on 15Amps giving an easy 8/9 mins flight.

There are a few problems with this model. The Wings are held on by long bolts that thread into hidden inaccessible captive nuts that are trying to grip foam, so you can imagine what happens when you tighten them. To get at the battery you have to take off the wings, which means not only undoing the 4 wing bolts but, also those on the struts, and then disconnect the aileron servo leads. Servo extender leads are needed on every connection. The wheels are too small for a cub in my opinion. It does not have the usual cub suspension on the undercarriage. Rudder and aileron servos must be the larger mini types: micros won't fit. Otherwise it goes together well. I have not flown it yet. More later.
