This superbly detailed Micro 182 is made from tough EPO foam and is very scale given its tiny dimensions.
Being Ready to Fly, this 182 light aircraft can be assembled in minutes, the motor, ESC & servos are all pre-installed, the tail-feathers, under-carriage and prop are also pre-fitted and decals pre-applied, leaving you to just attach the wing, while you charge the included Lipoly battery using the included charger. The included 2.4ghz Transmitter is already pre-bound to the pre-fitted reciever, you will simply need to fit 8 x AA batteries (not included) to the transmitter and you will be ready to fly!
Control is full 4 channel and there is a servo for each control surface for precise control, there is also plenty of power from the brushlessoutrunner motor, which swings a very scale 3 blade prop. This amazingly scale little 182 looks great both on the ground and in the air and is ideal for both new and experienced pilots looking for a scale micro parkfly model!
It is not a beginners model. It will fly very well if you fly under the right conditions and make sure it is trimmed and balanced before you start. I agree the decals are a little shoddy but nothing a dab of glue will not sort.
Hi Karla prob 2weeks, but it will not take standard prop... Motor mount bit hard to find... Before buy make sure you can fly perfectly as no spare parts after crash...
Hi everyone just wounldering what is the performance of the micro cessna 182 is like ie, can it climb steeply and quickly.
and also can it do barrel rolls, loops and inverted flight.
if any one can tell me what I want to know I'll be the happest bunny in the street
Andrew it is a very fast responsive model for its size, not realy a beginners model. It will easily cope with loops and rolls but needs quite light winds. There are a few good videos on youtube if you search " micro cessna 182"
This plane is great plane if spare parts available but people only can put positive review, Can't leave negative review, possibly that's why...will be deleted
Hi, I'm stuck between this and the Mini Brushless powered light aircraft EPO R/C plane Plug-&-Fly Can someone please help me ? Give me your opinion on which is better. I would be so grateful. Thanks.
If you scale freak then this is superbly scale cessna 182 but not good once u damage, even the prop is diff so no way u get replacement but the light one take standard prop, more practical ...
This is not right for beginners, extreme ly fast, hard to controll, great for people like acrobatic but for beginner go for trainer section... Don't get this for beginner unless you just want to say I did have micro 182

Today I fly that plane. It is very quick and very heavy. The result of that first flight was a damaged motor during the flight and than a damaged ESC and after that an uncontrolled crash with damaged prop an broken front wheel. Now I need a replacement motor and replacement ESC with 12A and props.

You can get the spare propellers at RC Castle****. They are in China and will take awhile to ship but that is where i got my spares from. I believe you can also get extra batteries from there also.

Yes.
You need a fly fly Hobby motor model FF3-313 3000kv from ****hobby88**** for about A$10.00. After much discussion with HobbyKing, they said they couldn't supply the motor and didn't know where I could get one. However I have had sucess (I think) and it should be on its way to me now.
I have not been able to sorce the ESC fitted to this plane but have ordered two different 12A brands from HobbyKing to try.
Regards.
Ross.
This is an update on my previous post. The Fly Fly Hobby motor has turned up, it has no attachment for the propellor, no screws etc if I loose one. I don't know if I can remove the prop mount from the old one and swap, yet. I have just about given up on it and have bought a Turnigy 2211 Brushless Indoor Motor 1300kv (AUS Warehouse), which is quite impressive. It came in a neat little box complete with connectors and two different types of propellor mounts. To mount it however to this plane will need massive modifications to the engine bay, due to the fact this motor mounts to the firewall, and the original was screwed to the front of the engine bay. I will most likely forget about the looks of my plane and just strengthen the firewall, screw the motor to it and leave it exposed??. regards. Ross.
Thank you for your help, I really thought on that idea to mount motor to the firewall or to modify there a balsa board somehow, if you got any luck, tell me.
Thanks,neria
No it does not... But it might be possible to make it yourself.

Got this plane hoping that it would be a good trainer for my brother-it is no! all electronics work fine, but as soon as I try to fly it, it flips upside down and crashes. one more complaint; this is not a trainer!-way to fast even if it did fly.
-will scrap mine.
