What price? On the box on page 1 it is $170.56 on opening I find it is $393.60.

Just add to your cart, and price reverts back to $170. Must be some kind of glitch with HK Aus warehouse items.

i just got offered the "one time only offer" of $161.38, if you are a more valued customer you can get it even cheaper.
 scatcat1 663 points
Yeah but you only get that offer if you don't sign in! So if you are a first time customer you get a cheaper deal than those of us that have been loyal customers for years!! Way to go HC :-(

I suggest you go back to your local hobby shop and buy a $160 lipo battery. You may even get a snarl with the purchase. Hobby King supporter.

So we have to pay money for one? Anybody done that, and able to tell us how well it goes?

Purchased this for my son, his first boat. Very fast and throws a huge rooster tail. Using standard setup, 3300ma 3s 30c lipos and 3kg buggy servo have had no problems. You need some draft foam or rubber to seal around the cover and plenty of tape to hold it on. A cut down kitchen sponge in the bottom of the boat absorbs any water that does get in.
