NTM Prop Drive motors are rock-solid performance outrunners with tight windings, quality bearings, correctly rated magnets, balanced stator and flux rings plus they are QC checked at 14 points, from material processing all the way through to final dyno test.

Because we design and build these motors completely in-house (from 3D/2D drawing to materials sourcing, machining, balancing, final assembly and dyno) we can completely control production and ensure product consistency from design right through to shipping the product to you. The removal of middle-men has meant we can drive better value to the market and retail these motors at factory(our) prices! All performance figures are real and tested on our own motor dynos.

Will this motor run on 2s? I ask because I have a geforce g10 running on 2s and was curious if these would as well. Thanks.

good looking motor,goes hard!! but be aware of excess blue epoxy in the bell/Rotor causing vibration or imbalance.I had to pull the outrunner apart and chip out the epoxy after experiencing noise and vibration ,also soaked bearings in oil overnight to eliminate possibility of dodgy bearing.

I logged the motor with super Brain 80A in a 1meter Spanwidth Katana Mini:

APC 10x5, 3sTGY 1800mAh => 41A Max Current, 445W Max

Motor staid very cool after 2 flights !!!

I LOVE this motor :)

Hi,
Please can some one advise what weight of plane will this motor be used for? I have a Formosa 2 which has been covered in coloured packaging tape hence quite heavy and the present motor just hasnt got the OOOMPH to take it vertical.. Thanks

There is one flaw with all the NTM motors I have seen so far and that flaw is only having one set screw that holds the motor housing to the shaft. Not only is that a problem, but the set screw is too small and strips out easily. On the 3536B 1400kV motor, the shaft extends out of both ends. This means you have to use a compression type prop adaptor. The problem is that when you start to tighten the prop, the shaft will slide loose and spin in the motor housing when it should not. This is due to only having one set screw, the set screw being to small and the set screw stripping out easily when you try to tighten the set screw. This minor flaw is a shame, because after I re tapped a bigger set screw and got everything set up, I was really impressed with the power! On a 3 cell 2650 mAh 40 battery and an 60 Amp ESC and 9x6 prop (Just using this set up to test the motor) I was able to pull 47 amps and 530Watts!! The motor was hardly warm. And don't forget the max amps are 53.94! So, If HK fixes the set screw problem then they have a sure winner!!!
