I meant the GT500-051204 description is really bothering me. As you said 'the standard for bearing measurements is as follows* I.D x O.D x Width', yet that one is obviously wrong. For one who doesn't know which is the correct one, it's a mess.
Thrust bearings opperate like normal bearings, allowing rotation but are specifically designed for application in high load uses, like blade grips on heli rotors. With enough centrifical force reg bearings can get sticky. I have hk450 and upgraded to these, they work great!
No way, thrust bearings are completely different from what we call "normal bearings".
Thrust bearings are designed to let the two sides of the bearing spin freely, while normal bearings allow rotation between the inner and outer shaft.
