More than just a fancy name. TURNIGY nano-tech Lipoly batteries were designed from the ground up with serious peformance in mind. Utilising an advanced LiCo nano-technology substrate that allows electrons to pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance. The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives. The nanometer conductive additives form ultra-strong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity.

These additives create the ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly.

You can start with with the accucel6 charger and a 50-60W power supply. If you are planning to use battery packs this big or bigger, you should invest in higher capacity chargers (200W and above).

what should be amp set up to charge this battery? i always setting my hobbyking battery charger as 2 A. - 2A is much enough to charge or dangerous for my battery life.??? or what should be? thank in advance

A safe charge rate for all LiPos is 1C or the Capacity of the battery, which is that big number on the side. In this case it is 5.0, so the safe charge rate is 5 amps max. Anything less is OK also but charging time will take longer. Hope this helps :)

Would this battery be good for a quad setup with 30A ESC's, 1000kv motors with 10x4.5 props? or should I be using the 35-70C LiPo?

It would be just fine, 5000mah x 25c = 125amps continuous .... I use these on a quad with hotter motors than those.

This Battery works fine. I have Quad with same configuration as yours but with a 2.2 Ah and 30C.

Running in a Mamba Monster 2650. Charged and balanced perfectly. My battery came with 10 ga wire not 8 ga which is great.

Running 2 of these in my Trex 600E. awesome! Can be back in the air with same batteries in 20 mins! 5C charge rate, more than my charger can put out, that's for sure but charges plenty fast at 10 amps.

Also using them in my trex 600e fits well and balanced well. Mild 3d =5 mins flight sports with low headspeed 6mins.

Bought thes for a LX Mig-29 EDF, these batteries are fantastic. all cells were in perfect condition recieved at 3.82 v per cell, well ballanced. and packaged very niicely. tremendous power increase over the stock batteries at only a 3.1 oz per battery weight gain. they actually drew 2 to 5 less amps, but wats was increased by nearly 500 as measured by my eagle tree logger.
I highly recomend these and will be buying more
