Zippy Flightmax Single Cell batteries deliver full capacity & discharge as well as being the best value batteries in the hobby market today! Ideal for light weight applications, a JST connection has been pre-installed eliminating the hassle of making single cell packs.
*Gunther: These cells should charge just like any other Lipoly battery. It doesn't have a balance port, since it's a single cell, but the charger will work with it the same way. It will charge it at constant current (whatever you set it at, for this cell no more than 2A) until the cell voltage reaches 4.2V (which it can measure at the terminals), then it will charge at constant voltage, decreasing current until it reaches a threshold (probably 1% of the initial charge current). I'm not sure why yours isn't showing the voltage, but it should use that to charge and monitor it.
How do I charge this battery? Usually I charged 2c and 3c batteries and my charger displayed the current voltage while charging. But with this one cell one ... how does the charger (like any LiPo charger) know that the 1C battery is full charged?
