These are just as they appear. I bought a set to use as flybar weights on a mod for the Nine Eagles Solo Pro II that I bought from here. In hindsight, the smaller versions would probably be better for this mod.
The inside Diameter of these collars is 3mm. They comes as a pack of two, with two grub screws (as pictured). I don't have a scale, so cannot weigh them, unfortunately.
They're simple, and very useful for a lot of things. Handy to have.
