Tommy, the "R" means reverse prop. From a multirotor standpoint, it means a clockwise spinning prop, and a standard is a counter clockwise spinning prop. So, with this set, you will have one of each as a spare for your quad. I use these props on my UFO (below). I also use them (purchased as either standard or reverse) for other projects as well. My flying stop sign has a standard 8x4 on it. Hope this helps and Happy flying!
I buy one of this in 25.09.2013, but my order is stoped after the payment is confirmed and there are of this product in stock. I am trying talk of a customer and in the support centre, but anybody answer! I will cancel this order. I try speak with somebody, but anybody help me.
I ordered the counter rotating & standard props, for the ones that are marked "8x4R" do these go on the right hand side looking at the plane from the front or the rear.
Assuming the port side will turn counter clockwise and the starboard will turn clockwise with the 8x4R.
Gerry, Yes that will work. If you mix aileron with throttle or rudder with throttle, if you want to turn right, the port side prop will spin up and raise the port side wing while pulling harder and turning to the right. If you want to turn left, the starboard side will spin up and rise, pulling into a left turn. I use these on my flying saucer with the FC 28-12 1534kv motors on my flying saucer and it is a very efficient combo. Hope this helps and Happy flying!
Grande Hobbyking! E poi via! Mai pi senza eliche pusher! Grande Hobbyking!
English (sorry for the poor Google translation)
Finally we have props for our pair rotors multicopters from the best shop in the worls! Good quality, that's need to balance carefully to get the best performance, using sandpaper to sand the part behind the heavier blade. It takes a little patience, but you have to do it! And then! Never run out of pusher propellers! Hobbyking Great!
Five stars for the optimal price and the Hobbyking service.
The props have, if carefully balanced, a fair efficiency/good flight time. They work for light copters and/or twin planes. You really need to balance them, otherwise they shake intense. All stars because they are cheap. It´s hobby, so spent some time tuning them.
