Has anyone tried this on a ASP FS120AR four stroke engine glow plug?The glow plug goes deep in the head of the engine and my old trusty glow plug wrench that I've had for years is to thick walled a socket for the clearances around the glow plug.I can start to screw the plug in but I can't get the wrench in far enough to tighten the glow plug all the way.I need a thin walled socket driver for this engine.
Will this work with ordinary glow plugs? I think their diameter is somewhere between 8 and 10 mm. Hopefully the socket is deep enough to fit a glow plug.
Yeap i got one today and i just check it for you. The socket is long enough to fit Turbo glow plugs and standard glow plugs. Good quality tool will last your whole life if you use properly.
Nice tool , been looking all over for a long reach glow plug wrench for my heli's. It doesn't capture and hold the plug but 8mm is the right size to get for the job. Must have for every tool box.
