Personally, I prefer the white blades for visibility. I have one set of all black carbons and I've only used them once. These are cheaper and work well for mild 3D.
These are fine.. I just put a pair on my 450 FBL with ZYX-S. I bought 3 pairs and the first set was near perfectly balanced right out of the bag. I don't do hard 3D, but standard flying with these looked and sounded great.
actually with the lighter nature of these blades and the price and stiffness of these particular blades one will find that they desinagrate with impact and loose lots of momentum rather than hold inertia like the f-glass or woodies. I have bent more feathering and mainshafts with the f-glass and woddies on this heli than with the "stock" blades. I give these blades 5 stars for performance and cost. Kind of the best of both worlds.
I really like these blades, I have tried others and this is the best bang for the $ they will fly mild 3d and are lighter than woodies the draw back is that since they are so light when doing an autorotation you could loose head speed rapidly. I just bought 5 spare sets today. Cheers John
Use fibre glass if you are a beginner and crash a lot. Use CF if you are looking for better response due to the stiffer nature of the blades, but are more costly too, no good for crashing.
325mm should be better if you want med-high speed. use 335mm if you want more lift like in heavier model ex. scale models and models with fpv installed.
my metal grip held it perfectly until i drove it into the dust... oh well... $3.19 $2 shipping lost. Tear it down & start again!. These blades are definitely not the limiter to my heli flying ability.. :-(
I measured the grip thickness on my 1 pair at 4.5 to 4.6 mm.
I will add shims to use them on my HK450GT with 4.7mm metal grips. A piece of aluminum Coke can should do nicely.
They are very nice looking blades, light and stiff.
These blades are sold as pairs. Good to know these plades are paird to match weight. I have bought 2 pairs and they all are very accurate in weight. Nice over all quality!
i think it for four halves you just glue them together with elmers glue-all and if you do it rite you can put a connector on both ends that way you can fly in reverse
This Blade is not fit HK450MT. Grip is 5mm.HK450MT Grip is 4.8mm. This Blade fit HK450 .

They look very cheap compared to high quality blades but they are well balanced and for this price unbeatable!

The quality of these blades is incredible when compared with the price. They are strong and track and fly really nice. Whatever you do, don't buy the 325mm Fiberglass Main Blade (with the red tips). Those blades are the complete opposite.
