This part should be offered in metal! The gear is hidden from view by the belt so you cannot tell if it had been damaged from a minor tail strike. This happened on my rex600e and lost the tail while doing a flip 20 feet up, this 20 dollar part cost me 80 dollars in blades and another 50 in parts!

Ideal part for quick replacement at the field if you happen to have a tail strike and strip a few teeth off :-) much easier than pushing the roll pins out and replacing just the sprockets.
