Title: Electromechanical Design/Project Engineer
Location: Hong Kong
Hobbyking is seeking a well-rounded electromechanical design and project engineer to lead the development of our electrical products. The electromechanical engineer will create design requirements/specifications from marketing input and interface with Hobbyking manufacturing to bring exciting new products to market. There will be involvement in every aspect of the product development process from initial concept to final manufacture. The engineer will be responsible for the overall technical coordination of the design & development of the new products. Products include, but are not limited to: batteries, battery chargers, electronic speed controls, brushed and brushless motors, servos, transmitters and receivers.

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or other technical equivalent degree)
3 - 5 years of work experience in electromechanical design as a product development engineer designing consumer products.
Experience in the development of consumer products from initial concept through production.
Project management experience (project management certification is a plus).
Experience designing to meet cost and reliability requirements
Strong working knowledge of controls and electrical systems while also possessing mechanical aptitude (brushless DC controls and battery charger experience a strong plus).
Familiarity with production printed circuit board assembly methods.
Understanding of injection molded plastic part design.
Experience with SolidWorks 3-D design software.
Experience packaging electrical and mechanical components into systems that meet electrical, mechanical and thermal requirements.
FEA, CFD and thermal analysis experience.

Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Hong Kong
Responsible for mechanical design from concept generation to production through engineering verification and testing, tooling fabrication, tooling/ parts/ product qualification and pilot production. Design and model complex assemblies using ProE / Solidworks. Create and maintain engineering documents, and to coordinate designs with other engineering team members, tool makers, and to make sure the design is being executed correctly. To assist Purchasing to source high-quality suppliers, if needed. To seek new product ideas for the US and European markets. This position reports to Mechanical Engineering Manager
Requirements
High diploma or degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of mechanical design experience in consumer products, preferably mobile phone/portable electronic accessories and power chargers.
Good knowledge in manufacturing and tooling processes of plastic, metal, and surface treatments such as painting and plating
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good computer skills and proficient in ProE, Solidworks, and AutoCAD

Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Hong Kong
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and coordination of a new marketing department by developing and executing end to end marketing initiatives. Working in this stand alone role, your responsibilities will include:
Developing, coordinating and executing all communication and marketing campaigns including print media (catalogues, brochures), media advertisements/press releases and tradeshows
Identify and create new marketing initiatives and marketing opportunities

You will have experience working in a stand alone management role in a demanding and fast paced environment. Previous experience working with manufacturing or industrial companies would be an advantage and relevant marketing and/or communications qualifications or experience is essential.

Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Brazil
The Warehouse Manager's role is to oversee and participate in the day to day running of all aspects of warehouse processes including;
1. Rostering and Staff Management.
2. Allocation of duties to all warehouse staff.
3. Receipting of stock and all aspects of stock control using Radio Beacon.
4. Report to the Management Team of the Departments performance against key indicators.
5. Ensure the warehouse operations meets all stock movement deadlines.
6. Impliment warehouse KPI's and report to senior management.
Requirements
High level of computer literacy and an understanding of the Storage Services and Warehousing.
Excellent staff management skills required when dealing with warehouse staff.
Excellent organizational skills.
Solid experience with RFID and Barcode check/pick/dispatch systems.
Solid experience in running a high turnover warehouse operation.

Title: Technical Assistant (R/C Warranty)
Location: Germany
As a technical assistant you will be responsible for inspecting warranty return items or hurt warehouse stock. You will have at least a basic electronics understanding, IC, MCU, FET, CAP, PCB and resistors are all elementry to you. You will be able to dissmantle a motor, battery or electronic product to find the point of failure and reason for the failure. You will be inspecting R/C products on a daily basis for missuse and faults. You must have a high level of computer literacy and be able to work unsupervised and to deadlines.
Requirements
High level of computer literacy
Excellent English (written & Oral)
An understanding of German or French is desirable
Science Degree will be highly regarded
Excellent organizational skills
