not recommended if you guys are going to use it in multirotor.. way too much balancing job to do..

If it doesn't fit, drill it out.
 Alexander9800 19 points
yes you can the standard hole in the propeller is actually 6 mm :)
 Maher 21 points
What are those 5 small rings for
 Alexander9800 19 points
its Adapters to fit smaller axis:)
 tony 1 points
comes with 10 different adapter, range for ~2.7 to ~6mm.

Is this good for hobbying Yak 55 3d?
 CHRIS SV AZ 193 points
Depens on what motor you are using. I use these and 10x3.8. But I do like the 11 better
 Nicola 8 points
the propeller is fine but you have an ESC from 35 A
kman4u  4 points - 7/21/2012

Do they come in CW & CCW for quadcopters?
 CHRIS SV AZ 193 points
These are standard props, they are not counter rotating
kman4u  4 points - 7/20/2012

Are they good for Quadcopters?. Any suggestions.I need 11X4.7 props.
 Hussain Joharji 205 points
Hello, it will be good if you use it in big size of quadcopter .. idont have much knowledge on the quad... but i see someone who use it in a normal-big size... Sorry for this disturb :) Best Regards

Hi would this prop be suitable for 1400mm j3 cub they are supplied with 12x9 would this prop do the job.
Regards
 xefirot 70 points
No, you need an 12x9 prop or one more similar to a 12x9.
 Johnsn 53 points
it would work but with less efficiency!
 Natescraigslist 3 points
if you lose 1 inch in diamiter it will reduce your power. if you half the pitch again this wll reduce your power. and likely if the cub is equiped with a NON Slofly prop then it has a higher rpm spectrum that the slow fly prop can be efficient while using, the 12x9 prop spins much faster and grabs more air at a higher rpm while the slowfly prop is meant to spin about 1/3 to 1/2 the speed.

are these cheap plastic?
 Hussain Joharji 205 points
Hello.. yes difinitly.. and its not have a more ductility(Flexbility).. i am using it almost .. another thing is these propellers not suitable for any jet plane..Best Regards
 ubayrakci 34 points
If you use it for multirotors, i do not recommend these. But GWS 11x4.7 instead of this one. But if you use it for aircraft it works really good.
 Lamborgotti 42 points
i tried to scratch and rub on the outside to see if wood is hidden beneath - with no sucess. simple, well made cheap plastic
 Andrej 8 points
i use it on my 3d flyer and its great
Justin  3 points - 3/30/2012

Does anyone know what diameter motor shaft can fit this propeller? Will this work on a 6mm diameter shaft? Thanks.
 Hussain Joharji 205 points
Hello.. yes it will fits...but what i want to tell you know is that this propeller comes with a adjustable washers for different diameters.. i hope this help.. Best Regards
 ubayrakci 34 points
You can adjust with washers easily. But some shafts are too big to fit. At this situation, you can drill it via drilling machine or razor blade knife.
 Lamborgotti 42 points
i have these for a motor with 6mm shaft, they come with plenty different adapters, also a 6mm is includet, but its really tight. apply one small drop of oil, WD40 or similar on shaft and it fits perfectly!

can't find any Counter Rotating for my quad, can I just turn this one upside down?
 ElectricAussie 2781 points
No, Turning it over doesn't reverse the airflow direction. You need a reverse pitch prop made to turn in the opposite direction as a standard prop. Good luck with the search. Cheers!

No you can not turn it around, you will need to find a CCW Prop

Does anybody know if HK sells these types of adapters like the ones in the picture alone by them self? I have searched but cannot find any which really suprised me since they very rarely write the props hole dimension and i dont want to stand there with props that are to big for my motor, but i might have missed something in my search so therefore this question.
 Awni 164 points
I also searched HK for those adapters alone, no luck, unfortunately I ended up buying the props this way I will have spare props and adapters.
 Henry. 52 points
Yes i hade planned on doing so my self as well but there was another prop under 1$ that had adapters as well, but dont sure they would fit this but it was so cheap so it doesnt matter if they wouldnt.
 rcfever 24 points
I could not find them either sometime's parts like that are best bought at your local store that way you know it is right
 Henry. 52 points
True, but i dont have a RC store in my city. I got a lathe though so i think im going to make me the one i need and by that way i would definitly get the right one.
 rcfever 24 points
That should work
 Lamborgotti 42 points
Simply use shrink tube on your motor shaft, old trick *-)

Hi! Can i use this prop for Turnigy 2217(860kv 22A Outrunner)? Turnigy 2217: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem
.asp?idproduct=5691
 KaosKane 1429 points
A bit big but for climbing power tourque u cant go wrong...... for speed u need rpm so go for the 9 inch version of the same props just check for DD dirct drive not RD reduction drive (gearbox)
 cyclone_ 41 points
It should work ok, but the best way to tell is simply to try it out. The recommended prop size for the 2217 is 10x6, so switching to an 11.4.7 will theoretically give you great thrust (larger diameter) but slower speed (smaller pitch).

Thanks! You answers very informative! And I need thrust, not speed.

Hi Jason
This should be in the SF prop section, lucky i was looking at landing gear or i would have not ordered these with my other 100 props
