yes, the color is different. Also, sometimes the futaba connectors have an additional 'nose' that prevents the plug being connected the wrong way.

The difference is in the small tab only. Don't care about the colors. You can plug any servo into the Futaba one, whereas you can't plug a Futaba servo into a JR female plug, unless you cut the tab. Remebmer that it is nearly the other way around when you plug it to the RX.

The futaba style has an extra 'Tang' on it, so when you plug it into a Futaba receiver you can not plug it in the wron way around. You just cut the 'Tang' off with a knife to then fit it into a JR/Spectrum receiver. oh yeah and the colour of the wires!

It depends, this is ultra light wire, maybe use a thicker guage version if you have doubts.

It will work, but with the small wire, make sure you are not drawing too much current.

Yes, you can friend you can even take one of three wire if petechiae, which goes via a left over, can use without problems.

I wouldn't risk getting 2-3Ah through these thin wires. They're simply designed for light servos which means what, 1/2 or 1/4 of an Ah. Go for thicker ones - better safe than sorry :)

I have used them also to do mah extension on the controller 30 and I had no problems, I think we need to see your manual for how mah?
