I. Received this battery and put it in my boat which has got a 90amp hobbyking ESC I programed the ESC correctly for this battery and It did not work .I ried a lipo 3s and this worked great. I have been in contact with hobbyking but they will not admit the battery is no good, or there 90ampm Esc is not any good for any battery over 3s.Still waiting for a satisfactory answer.
Yes you can use a 60amp esc with this battery. The amp rating on a esc would be the max amp draw the esc is recommended to handle. The amp draw of you motor will be the deciding factor. For example if you have a 80 amp motor and a 60 amp esc. Your esc will not like having 80 amps drawn through it when its only rated to handle 60 amp. The battery will only deliver the amount of amps your motor is drawing. So if you have a 60 amp esc and 60 amp motor. Any battery with a max discharge of 60 amps or above will work fine. This battery has a max discharge of 100 amps but will only deliver 60 amps if thats what your motor is rated at.
I guess it depends upon the shipping area ... I can always or 10 up here in Bangkok ... perhaps it's cause I have a wholesale account ... ?? Not sure, but I am pretty sure I ordered these on my regular account last time.
