This fit perfectly on my plane. I went to tighten the nut and the adapter sheared in two. Didn't really seem like I tightened very hard. Maybe I'm used to my other set ups. If you've ever had a prop come off in flight it is something that's no fun. Does anyone know if I can replace that adapter? Maybe with one a little sturdier.

I stand corrected.. it's 8mm ! Motor shaft size is 5mm.

flybybl i use this spinner on an outrunner fusion 1100kv 5mm shaft ... so you can see it´*s for 5mm don´*t know what the other people ordered ??

Some Peoples report that this is for 4mm Shaft, but HobbyKing still Advertise it as a Spinner for 5mm shafts. What is now correct? is this spinner for 4 or 5mm shafts? Thanks

hy flybyBL i used this spinner on a 5mm shaft !!! but be carefull if you fix the propeller too hard the adapter will brake !! not good material !!

You´*re right. Its for 5mm shaft... and don't try to over-lock, or fix the propeller too hard: it brake svery easily.... But... very nice spinner: good quality.... I'm using ig with Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 - 3536-1200kv Brushless Outrunner Motor.

Good looking spinner, but it came with 4 mm opening for shaft :-/.

This is not for 5mm shaft motors!!!

At least for a 4mm shaft, but not compatible with my Turnigy 3648 1450kv motor.
