A very nice & cheap air tank. Not sure why this is listed as 'for small retracts' though? It's a good size at 50mm dia. and 152mm long! I bought it with the larger plastic air mains and with just 12 pumps from a bicycle pump it will give around 6 cycles, more than sufficiant. The tank only has a barbed nipple...same as all the UH's fittings, so you cant screw a retainer over the hose. but I have found the hose stays put under full pressure with no leaks even as is, although I'll probably find a way of clamping the hose on for added piece of mind. I gave up checking it after a few hours as it was still holding full pressure, and I'll only be flying for 10mins anyway! I bought the 2mm internal dia. hose, and It seems to be just right for all the UH's air bits. Great item for not a lot of money well worth It's 5 stars!
The latest tanks for March 2010 now come in white. Terrific, much better than the previous gold colour. They are identical in size too. Amazing value for money, as good as any out there at up to ten times the price.
