There is a cable to connect the transmitter to the PC?
Manfredas  5 points - 1/25/2016
or this transmitter can be used for quadcopter?
 NewToHobbyKing 16518 points
Manfredas (I use to think so, because all the hard work is done by your Flight Controller Board "FCB" like the KK2.1.5) but I have been told NO, it does not have the adjustments you need to make it so. (Like end point adjustment). So at least get the 6 channel programmable Hobby King RC System or better still get a Turnigy9XV2!

Regarding the reciever, will it accept the futaba plugs? Can't tell from photo.
 NewToHobbyKing 16518 points
Johnny, I know what you mean! It will not take the Futaba Plug. It does not allow for the tag. You will need to either, cut that tag, of the servo plug or fit a Jr Servo Plug or use an adapter. (I can even post you replace plugs for you Futaba servo if you pay the postage) or (if you have a old computer you can steel the plugs out that).

bom dia Ajuda ... comprei este radio só* que o canal 3 faz interferê*ncia com o canal 1 e nã*o dá* para manobrar o barco, algué*m pode me ajudar a resolver ou é* mesmo o radio que nã*o presta ?

Hi! I am planning to make a quad copter with a tight budget. Will this Transmitter be recommended for the said project? How much would the shipping costs be to the Philippines?
 NewToHobbyKing 16518 points
Louis please do not use this one. (Consider the 6 channel of the same brand but get the programming cable) or (better get the Turnigy9XV2) . For postage cost, just do a try check out. Add it to your cart, go all the way too STEP 3 (do not press continue on step 3) and that will give you postage Options and Costs.

Great product, easy to bind and great range/response.

just because some people were having trouble,

1. connect the Rx to a Battery notice the blinking led
2. hold down the bind button on the bottom of the controller
3. turn on the controller while holding down the bind button and watch the led
4. when it stops blinking you are done (less than 5 secs for me).

1. Batteries in transmitter, switch off.
2. Connect one side of the bind plug to the BAT slot on the receiver.
3. Connect an ESC (with battery attached) to one of the channels. Black line (-) goes to the far right. You will see a red LED blinking.
4. Push and hold down the bind button on the transmitter while switching on. Keep the bind button held down until the red LED stops blinking. You are now ready to enjoy your wonderful new 2.4GHz TX.

After a range test the club members were impressed by its performance. Hand signals to confirm its function were hardly seen on the end of the test so we stopped it. No servo-vibrations were noticed during this test so the signal stayed clear overall. The 3 test flights afterwards only confirmed the first experiment. Five stars for doing its job but what a pity no instructions are available.
Very pleased with this purchase.

Awesome price! I love this radio and I also got 2 extra receivers. I am flying indoor and the receiver case can be easily removed to save weight. I also have another 6ch USB computer radio that binds to these recievers and workd with all 6 channels. Hobby City needs 6ch mixing version.
