Be careful as to which sensor you buy! I bought all three on offer at HK and none will operate the module on my SV 26 with a XYH module that I purchase from them!
im looking to use this on a motor bike and im just wondering do u get the magnet with it that passes threw the senser. and if anyone has some ideas on doing this let me know
Is this item separated from the RCEXL CDI and listed here as another engine part? If it's true, then the CDI would come without the hall sensor which is considered incomplete.
baught this sensor to fit with CDI. rempalcement from standard 3W wich was out. need to reverse (upside down) the sensor to fit with the good magnet polarity (N/S) of 3W installed difficult to modify it. when looking at fabric site (www.rccdi.com) it's written that we can reverse upside down the sensor and fit it after. unfortunatly, the version i baught was pluged. could you please HB, deliver this part "in kit" version si that every one can fit it in the right position.
however, the quality of this item is very good, the sensor is precise and works well
Please be aware of the polatity of your engine magnet! Ive purchasing some of them it found out that sometimes you have to pull out the eletronic sensor and put it upside down!
