Fernando, these covers do fit bigger servos than HXT500. I have models with wings where the servo is just about flush with the wing surface, and with HK15178 and HK922MG servos (9g servos compatible in size with HXT900) these covers work perfectly, I have a mm or so of margin to the servo arm at the topmost position.

Are you saying that product IDs OR020-00202 and OR020-00203 are invalid? They work for me, I get two larger sizes of servo covers when I search on the HK site for them. Don't they work for you?

Ah, I see what you mean, they are not included in the servo accessories, only the smallest covers are. Well, someone mentioned S3003 so I just substituted a 3 for the 1 in OR020-00201 and then tried with a 2 instead of the 1. Lucky guesses! :-)

Ah, now the lottery is on again! :-) Well, like I said, I have 9 gr servos (HK15178) on my Bixler 2, and these servo covers (i.e. OR020-00201) fit the protruding servo arms for aileron and flaps rather precisely, it's just a mm or two of margin between the servo arm (when it is at its highest) and the servo cover. I would imagine that a 20 gr servo has a little longer servo arms than a 9 gr servo (I don't have any 20 gr servos so can't check)? So I would try these covers: OR020-00202. It says they are for 17 gr servos, which sounds pretty close to 20 gr (I'm speculating here, mind you!). The next size up is the OR020-00203, but those are for standard servos (26 gr to 55 gr), sounds way too big. HTH

And that should be 36 to 55 gr for the OR020-00203 (still much bigger than 20), sorry!

I got correct covers for my 9gr servos, 6 pairs, all good so at least I'm happy! :-) That is, I haven't suffered from the size lottery, I got precisely what I ordered (OR020-00201).

How big is this trainer...if its 60" or bigger you shouldnt use a 9gram servo, not enough power....standard servos are fine ...just cut the covers so the plastic that shrouds the servo horn hole is removed...will work.

thanks, its 80" so I would need find some 31 mm long servos, or cut support and attach servo with double face tape?

Finding the right servos to fit mite not be the correct servos for the job. It would be great if they made a servo cover for every servo, but, we don't live in a perfect world. The best thing to do is find the correct servo for the job and make the covers fit, how you do this is up to how good your ingenuity is.

To be exact the weight is 5,5 grams, the four screws not included. Dimension is exactly 39,8 mm x 39,7 mm. Tolerance good enough?
