Yes it can handle it, I have one or my xr10 FOFF build and it has never given me issue, I run direct 2s lipo to it, videos are on my youtube account gamyrc
Actually,amp draw is dictated by motor on servo not battery itsless,plus higher voltage equals less amp draw,but if given the chance a bec would be ideal yes,can it handle a 2s battery withought bec,yes,it certainly can and has no glitching issues,cap can also be used on receiver to balance voltage spikes if any but this servo has too low of a draw to cause that.

Si, c'est des vrais MG946R. Je viens d'en recevoir 8 pour equiper un SEA Fury 1800 de Graupner. Seul defaut, un peu bruyant par rapport a des Hitec ou Spectrum. Je pense qu'il faut demonter le servo pour graisser les engrenages metal.

Denne servo har virkelig vist sin på*lidelighed og ka simpenhend tå*le det ufattelige,jeg har nogle servoer der har siddet i 3 stk fly inden,som er totalt smadret og de funker stadigvæ*k i fly nr 4 nu- ufatteligt ! Her er der ingen diskution læ*ngere,den overgå*r dyrekvallitets servor der har kostet et slot.Jeg har godt nok modsificeret dem ved og lodde top kvalitet silikone ledninger på* printet med stø*rer kvadrant,men kun det bedste fortjener det bedste TowerPro 946 R bedre ka det bare ikke blive
i believe that fub. or jr. will work.most sevros seem to have the same spline. just try what you have and make sure it is a good fit. allenbanks65567*yahoo****
Its a fantastic steering servo. I use it on an 8th scale GT8 and its relaible and responsive. You cant find better at this price range or $10 above.. Please approve if answer was helpfull.
I have hxt 10kg servo which is very impressive and powerful I use it without problem and I have towerpro servos which are strong and fast they are very good dont worry take them good luck
Hello, I received the parcel yesterday and everything is good except the 2 servos towerpro mg946R.( #MG946R/6222 Towerpro MG946R) One do not work.I tried it with several receivers and even with a tester of servo. nothing ! The second work but not behind my fail safe. why ? I use a Hobbyking 2.4ghz Tx/Rx with my 3 electric cars and i use Towerpro servo MG995 without problem, even with fail safe. Is the servo really digital ? Is it compatible with my Tx/Rx ? Thank you for your help. Cordially. Aymar.
aymarun, a digital servo is programable!!! i am sure if you have a divice to check the servo's you will see a difference in the value's. ith is nothing more than that! check aymarun and you whill see. differend valeu's in differend servo's giving this problems. i wich you a lote of succes

Al principio me mostraba esceptico con los reviews de estos servos y decidi solo pedir 2 ahora que llegaron estoy 100pcnt satisfecho, tienen lo que ofrecen buen terminado calidad en sus materiales y aunque no realice ninguna prueba que demostrara al 100pcnt las especificaciones, estoy seguro que o estan muy cerca de cumplirlas o las cubren perfectamente. Leyendo los reviews en foros de este servo, esta version corrije los errores de la anterior, centran perfecto no hacen mas ruido que el que deben de hacer etc. El servicio de envio sin ningun problema.

Se mueven a saltos. Los probé en la cola del CAP232 de 1.60m, y hacen que el avión sea totalmente inestable.
Los he sustituido por unos Futaba 3001 (3kg) y ahora va de fábula.
Para aplicaciones donde no importe la precisión, el precio está bien, de lo contrario, no merecen la pena.

Excelent servo. Make less noise than the mg995. And very soft and strong. Servo potente, silencioso, muy mejorado de electronica. Relacion precio/producto 10.

Superbes servos à un prix défiant toute concurrence. pas de jeu, un couple d'enfer un bon retour au neutre et une vitesse trés correcte. Je les recommande pleiment, attention il leur faut un ampli signal avec les récepteurs fasst 608fs et 6014fs. Joe
