It's good for anything, very sticky and is a better hinge than the foam itself! Toughens up the leading edges too, great stuff, you don't need anything else, cable ties to the wrist's are no longer required!

This tape is excellent for anything. It sticks to foam, nylon, cardboard and wood like mad. Just make sure the wood is free of oil and dust. If the wood is clean it will be hard to get off after a few days. I use it to strengthen wings and protect the belly of belly landers.

I cannot find anything as good locally as this tape. Not sure about your question, it is a thick tape. Very strong very sticky.
