Ye, it's possible to use this prop on a BL motor. Remember to balance them!

Yes, I use them on my Parkzone Extra300 with good results

Use it on my OS Max .46, works well. Strong plastic, no additional balancing was made.

I ordered several of these props and they look fine. I've used an 11-7 on an OS 61 and it worked fine. I had to drill out the centre and is worke d great - balanced perfectly. No problems

These are injection moulded. It's impossible for the hole to be off-centre.
Did you re-drill the hole to fit your motor, and screw it up?
There is absolutely no way a moulded prop can have a hole off centre on 1 Propeller!
