this spinner looks really nice and works very well for 3.0mm shaft motors. unfortunately, i have an inrunner with a 3.17mm shaft. i tried to adapt the collet for the larger shaft but it did not work. turns out that you can get the "Dubro 3.17mm Collet 1 1/4" Electric Spinner", which fits this spinner perfectly!

The spinner actually *does* fit a 3.175mm shaft if you pull the collet out of the backplate and push it onto the shaft before pushing the backplate back on. I have these mounted on a pair of Turnigy 2209/28s in a twin. Had to open the spinner cone to fit the 8x6Es. They run true still, and pull about 110W.

These are very nice spinners - and an incredible buy given the price! The largest prop I could fit in the 30mm spinner was an APC 6x4E. I also tried APC 7x5E, 8x4E, 8x6E, and APC 10x4.7SF which did not fit.

Very light, nice and shiny chrome finish. Fits 3mm shaft well, 3.2mm shaft requires force to get it on.
Cone is not completely round at base (maybe shipping damage), fits poorly with overhang around the plate.
Cone had a lot of aluminum flash around the prop cutouts. I had to file away at the ruff and sharp edges. The bottom of the cone also had razor sharp edges.
Quality cannot compare to MPJ spinners.

The example I received was flawless, and the spinner was a press-fit on the hub. Beautifully made and finished, with no flashing. It's a perfect match to my Cermark New Timer's front-end, after I destroyed the original Cermark spinner when attempting to drill-out its smaller collet. The collet on this product is much more reasonably sized to fit the more common 3mm shaft size. As previously stated, it requires a bit of a push to get it on a 3.2mm shaft.
