Thanks I have meticulously balanced All 4 props with electrical tape and two of them are 1.5 to 2mm off when I measure with a ruler. I do that by spinning the prop by hand and measure height of each prop tip from a level surface and two are uneven. I have bought the 9x4.5 APC mr props so I will replace these soon.
Interesting... I wonder if the hubs' holes are not centered? Still... if you have balanced the blades and checked the hub then they should (in theory) spin without vibrations. Though, we all know theory doesn't always hold up *-). Which APC mr props are you switching to? J
Check check double check lol. APC 9x4.5MR Multi Rotor Propeller, mfg part no. LP09045M.
Mfg specs . . Specifically designed for multi-rotor applications. Bridges the gap between Thin Electric and Slow Flyer props. Lighter that the APC Thin Electrics with a higher RPM capability than the Slow Flyers. Lightwight molded nylon construction, gray in color. Maximum RPM: 105,000/prop diameter (inches). . Works great on my 6S setup 600mm quad with ntm28-30s motors.
If you want these to fit the DJI Phantom you'll need a 5mm drill bit with sandpaper wrapped around the bit and slowly widen the diameter* make sure you have no higher then a quarter charge on the battery of the drill. Once the diameter is widened, change to the 7mm bit wrapped with sandpaper. Check it after 5 rotations with a 8mm Allen wrench. If you're close remove the drill bit and rotate the bit by hand or channel locks to fine tune the diameter to 8mm. This is the most effective way I've found.
Nice ~5g each propellers, need a little work to balance. Came with 5 and 6mm hard rings/adapters, fitted perfectly on those 3 to 5mm prop adapters (with grub screw).

Very cool looking props, even though the carbon fiber was chipped off the ends of one prop showing clear plastic underneath. Unfortunately I couldn't use on my plane (lightweight 3D profile) because prop was so unbalanced I thought it would shake the plane to pieces. It may be able to be balance, but the thing is so thin and brittle feeling that I think the first time it brushes the ground it'll be done for, so I don't think I'll bother. To bad though.

Seem to be working very well with 800g AUW Quad carrying GoPro2. On fingers they feel really sturdy if you try to bend them from the ends and even after number of medium crashes they still look like new. Very good product for the price. Very good finish. Good sound while in the air! :-)
