Typically reserved for high amp draw performance applications Turnigy nano-tech batteries represent the pinical of performace, reliabilty and value for money. Taking these same manufacturing principles and technology, our engineers crafted a line of receiver specific LiFePo4 batteries for those seeking dependability, quality and and life cycle unequaled by any other battery on the market today. When quality counts go with the worlds most trusted performance battery, Turnigy nano-tech.
Perfect receiver battery for .50 and .90 size helicopters using a UBEC/Voltage Regulator fitted with a JST plug!
Turnigy nano-tech LiFePo4 batteries (a lithium-ion-derived chemistry) utilize lithium iron phosphate as a cathode material which offers exceptionally long cycle life and greater thermal/chemical stability when compared to a standard Lipoly battery.
*Note:This is a LiFePo4 battery. You will need to use a LiFePo compatible battery charger when charging these batteries. NEVER attempt to charge these batteries in standard Lipoly mode or with a non-LiFePo compatible charger as damage or personal injury may occur.
If you want to charge quickly at all cost, you can charge over 2C current. But, for the long-battery life,I recommend you charge it under 1C current. Thanks.
I'm using it for the same engine, this was a guess battery for me. Going to put it in and see what flight I can get and how many. Can only try. If only allows 2 flights then I'll get bigger battery. I'm not sure what AMPS to charge this at. Any ideas?
can I connect directly this batt to my receiver or do I need a UBEC? my Rx is a futaba R127DF and standar F148 servos. I want to replace my current batt 600mA /4.8V, when it was fully charged it used to show 5.5v or 5.7V. so just wonder if this 6.6V batt can be connected directly to my Rx. Thanks !
Hi guys. Im have this battery, set the charger up etc... when I start charging it charges for 10 seconds and bleeps 'FULL' i then check the battery and its only got 4% in it. :/ Help please.
If you have a busted servo its easy!!! or just buy a servo extention wire, cut of the plug and solder on the correct plug. Its very wise to use heat srink to insolate your wires.
Attend to the wire one by one, never attempt to remove all at one go or cut all at same time, you will short the battery. Never let the live ends meet..
These batteries are very poor. And rubbish for the price you pay! First charge it puffed up. I have now got hold of HK and they are sending a new. If that puffs up then I will want a refund. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!
