Are these tapped ( threaded ) all the way through?

No, in the middle are unthreaded, but i culd use 2 of 10mm screws without problems

Nice n tight, inside all empty and all threaded. Goes together good with HK M3 Nylon screws. You can cut these in half to get 20 pcs spacers ;) They'll be shorter of course.

Nice cheap spacer! I am using them to mount my kk board, power distribution board and also some decks for electronics. A must have for any multirotor!!!
