if need more than 1kg. i think this not suit. must find other scale which have accuracy up to 1gram only instead of this one 0.1gram.
those with 1gram accuracy normally can handle up to 5kg like kitchen scale do..

2- Press the UNIT key once more, the display will flash CAL followed by "1.000"
3-PLace a 1.000 gram calibration weight on the center of the platform.
4-The display will flash "PASS" followed by "1.000g".
Calibration in complete!!!.
These instruction were taken from the back of the cover. However the original instruction says the calibration weight should be 500g, but in my scale it was asking for 1.000g.
It have good sensitive, i use it at work for weigh the down (jacket filling) I did a re-calibration with sample weights to be sure have the right weight and it had only 0.3 difference with the sample weights.
yup 4 pounder, nice is that in your back pocket?, or sitting in your shorts collecting flies...
Very accurate weighing scale, I tested it with coins of various sizes and weight and all were exactly the same as their official weight to 0.1g.
The back-lit LCD screen is nice and very easy to read. Has 7 different units of measure, although I only use the grams unit, good to have the others as an option.
Comes with a plastic cover (with quick guide instructions) and a leather (synthetic) sleeve to protect it from scratches.
Even has a calibration function if it becomes inaccurate for whatever reason. Requires a 1000g weight for calibration.
This is definitely worth the price!
