The new Hobbyking FP100 2.4Ghz 4CH micro helicopter is a high performance fixed pitch heli at an unbelievable price! (Compare this to the Align Trex 100)
The Hobbyking FP100 is a very capable fixed pitch heli with two flight modes - standard and high performance (selectable by button on top of radio). By swithing to high performance mode, the swashplate throws are increased which makes the heli much more agile and gives it faster response. This also allows this micro heli to handle less than calm wind conditions, so makes it suitable for outdoor use as well!
The included 2.4Ghz radio is extremely high quality with its easy to read, brightly backlit LCD display and digital trim adjustment. This is an exceptional value compared to low quality radios that are generally included in other ready to fly kits.
This ready to fly kit includes a spare main blade set, spare tail blade, 2 x 3.7V 120mAh lipoly batteries, a dual charger which can be powered via included USB cable, and also a charge lead built in to the radio for charging when no USB connection is available. All you need to do is charge the batteries and your ready to fly!
You will not find a better deal on the market today for a fixed pitch micro helicopter of this quality!

One of the servo's on my copter jitters all the time. Anything I can do about that? And/or are there any servo's for sale on Hobbyking that I could use to replace it?
Hey just letting you guys know that the Hobbyking 6CH T6A Transmitter works with this heli. i have tried it. you just need to set up some of the settings right!
Thank you, I check the file, but still didnt work. I have a question. Do you have to bind the heli first with the original TX before binding to the Hobbyking one?
No i dont think so. i dont see why you would have to. Also did you try plugging in the heli first and then quickly hold in the bind button on the TX and then turn on the TX and keep holding in bind untill it starts to blink slowly on the heli. then unplug the heli and turn off TX and turn both back on and it should work. it does work with that transmitter and other people have tried it too. just make sure you also have those settings dialed in to the TX aswell
diference only in transmitters (mode1 or mode2).
this heli with transmitter mode1!(v911) landhig skid can be for old and for new battery blug version. few pos below i post the video. look this video and on youtube description for this video you can find more information about this heli
hermit what best motor u can use for v911
i just replace xieda 9958 gives me more minute and smooth sound but tight to replace but its ok what you think something better
I just wanted to share something I found out about this today. This helo did bind with my Trunigy 9X!!!Turned on the TX and then hooked the battery up and after 5-10 sec, bound.
i bought this helicopter from hobby king a few months ago and man what a great little 4ch it flys like a 6 channel and when you press the fast button this thing really hoots along i live in a pretty windy place and the wind doesn't bother it at all, and here is a tip if it start's drifting in any direction and you have to trim it, just centre all your trims in the Tx and rebind the heli and it will centre it back to normal and you won't have to trim it for the price of this 4ch it is really a bargain i love flying this little 4ch buy one you won't be disappointed.
i buy from another store... I receive it about 3 weeks (to Ukraine). another store with free shipping and with many spare parts you can find in FILES tab - file name "spare parts"
Fersinis, try adjusting the servos. Check what the trend that the helicopter is doing without touching the controls, just giving the engine propeller. You can adjust the trim buttons, near the sticks. Or you can adjust by the servos of the controller board. Remove the cabin to access the servos and then just remove the servo push holders and screw to increase or decrease the length of the rod. Also interesting is you position holders in the hole near the axis servo control. So you will reduce the sensitivity of command and let the helicopter easier to control. A helicopter FP100 can stand still in the air at no comand, if there is no wind. It takes about two hours, but it's worth doing this fine tuning. Good luck! Fersinis, provare a regolare i servi.
hello send me the address of where to buy helicopters and batteries and other materials I buy them in the store where you send me the address hello hermit81
from another store rtf version cost 40usd with free shipping. from HK rtf version cost 29usd plus 900 grams shipping is 20usd. in summ = almost 50usd. also in another store you can buy ths heli in bnf version (without transmitter) or pcb board. HK dont sale this
I think that due to free shipping will be cheaper. Also pay attention that HK sells RTF version. not in sale BNF version and not on sale motherboard for this heli. this is my opinion. no one to anything not force.
I am really impressed by this little heli, make no mistake this is no cheap and cheerful imitation of the big name models but a lovely performing model in its own right. Had it zipping around my kitchen this evening and it's better than my MCX at a fraction of the price. Transmitter and USB charger for the pair of batteries are top notch as well for the money.
Make sure that the push rods from the servos are set to their innermost position, mine were not and it was very responsive for indoor flying - easily corrected though! Well done HK! Waiting for a 100 size collective pitch machine (flybarless??) now!

Been a while since i got back into helis since my old GWS fixed pitch heli...This was fantastic value for money, and 2 batteries!! i get ard 6-7 mins flight time which is really amazing, tried a cheapo coxal heli, but no where near as much fun as a fixed pitched, plus the quality is so much better even the backlit LCD 2.4 tx is a nice touch, its also bindable on a turnigy 9X. But the stock tx is pretty nice and be waste not to use it, Help flies amazingly, i got over 2 stories high outside with barely any wind, never done that before with a micro! alot fun, the left button on top tx makes the tail more sensitive, buy it, u won't regret it, glad i got last batch before outta stock, awesome heli, been flying it non-stop for days and not had a single problem and its dam strong considering its light weight, only hit a potplant and a lamp once during the entire time flying it, its easy to fly and get use to, but i can tell it take a beating, awesome heli :P
Good heli very stable in flight I can manage to fly it inside my room doing figure it 8 ,doing front and side hoover .Test it outside calm condition really good will buy another one for spare.

Excellent. It's fun to play. The best Cost effective set. A trim adjustment is easy to do in Propo with LCD display in particular. And 2 batteries and chargers are wonderful.
